By joining us here in the IWA group, you agree to the following rules to ensure a positive and supportive environment:
Respect and Professionalism: I will treat all members with respect and maintain a professional tone. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will result in my removal from the group.
Constructive Discussions: I will engage in constructive discussions, share my insights and experiences, and ask questions. I will not make any negative or inflammatory comments.
No Self-Promotion: I will not post any promotional content, including services, products, or events, without first asking for permission from group admins, who will make the final decision.
Confidentiality: I will respect the confidentiality of shared experiences and information. I will not disclose any sensitive or personal details outside of this group without permission.
Relevant Content: I will keep posts and discussions relevant to women within the internal audit profession. In understand that off-topic posts may be removed at the discretion of group admins.
Supportive Community: I will offer support and encouragement to fellow members, celebrate their achievements, and contribute positively to the community.
Report Issues: If I encounter any issues or have concerns about the behavior of a member, I will report it to group admins.
Use of Smart Hashtags: I love the hashtag concept and will use them to create my posts, helping keep our community organized and ensuring my posts reach the right audience.

Exclusive Invitations: I may invite other inspiring women in audit to join the group Invitations will be exclusive to women in the audit profession.
Introduction Post: Once I'm approved to join, I will introduce myself with a post. I'll share who I am, what I do, and what I hope to gain from this community - as much as I am comfortable sharing. I will use #introduction in my post.
